When court is the highest authority. But govt so many times not following. So court should give punishment to that particular department.
Sir today pension for OR's is less than a labour. If we would have started our carrier as a labour we could have promoted to a Mistry now and we have a Job till 60 years and more. But here we sacrificed every thing our carrier our young time and we are unable start our Job after 35 years as we have no skills but we getting very less for progress. Pension of soldiers must increase and if not possible Job fairs must be done time to time to endorse them for their next carrier.

I am a retired Subedar Clerk of JAK RIF. The demised AF officer was not on military duty as he was at the sea beach for entertainment for himself and families of him and his friends . It is not judicious to claim the event as attributable. In case if the officer might have saved the children of other civilians, there was a scope for considering as attributable although it was not connected to military service.
Unfortunate to hear that after 50 yrs that lady could not see her pension, whom to blame? The court of course cannot be blamed because of their pendency, the department, yes for their lethargic working culture, and finally the government who makes a lot of noise we have done this and that and does nothing accept delay the rightful dues of veterans.
It's bitter truth delay practice and tactics r strategies to deprive the justice... My case is pending in AFT from six years , advocate took his full fees and now my advocate is sleeping with AFT.. moreover, he becomes agressive if we ask about case😢😢 my advocate is ex wing commander ...
